Privacy on the Elvra Health website.
This policy explains what information the public website collects, why we use it and how you can control optional analytics and advertising technologies.

Information this policy covers
This policy covers visits to the Elvra Health public website and information you provide when scheduling a meeting. It does not govern information processed in the Elvra product for clinics or authorized users.
Information we collect
- Scheduling information: information you choose to provide through the Cal.com scheduler, such as name, email, organization, meeting time and optional responses.
- Website measurement information: page path, device and browser information, approximate location, referral source, campaign attribution and interactions such as content sections viewed, calls to action, FAQs, video progress and booking progression.
- Preference information: your analytics and advertising choice, stored in your browser so the site can respect it.
How we use information
- Schedule and manage demo meetings and related communications.
- Understand which pages and content visitors find useful.
- Measure campaign performance and progression toward a demo request.
- Improve website performance, navigation and content.
- Protect the website and comply with legal obligations.
Cookies, analytics and advertising tools
Necessary browser storage remembers your cookie preference. With your permission, Elvra loads the following optional tools:
- Google Analytics 4 for website measurement. Google Signals, remarketing and Google ad-audience creation are disabled in Elvra’s GA4 configuration.
- Microsoft Clarity for aggregate usage patterns, heatmaps and session replays.
- LinkedIn Insight Tag for advertising campaign measurement and audience insights under LinkedIn’s privacy terms.
These optional tags remain off unless you consent. You can accept, reject or change your choice at any time through in the footer. Browser controls and Google’s Analytics opt-out add-on provide additional choices.
Scheduling service
The booking page embeds Cal.com to show availability and process meeting bookings. Cal.com may process technical, scheduling and form information and use technologies needed for security, session management and booking functionality. Do not enter patient information, protected health information or other sensitive information in scheduling fields.
Service providers and cross-border processing
We do not sell personal information. We use providers including Cal.com, Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, LinkedIn and website infrastructure providers. Information may be processed in Canada, the United States and other jurisdictions where these providers operate, and may be subject to lawful access requirements there.
Retention and security
We retain personal information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described here and applicable legal, accounting or compliance obligations. We use reasonable administrative, technical and organizational safeguards, but no internet transmission or storage method is completely secure.
Your rights and choices
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct or request deletion of personal information. To ask a privacy question or exercise a right, contact info@elvrahealth.com.
